Introduction of Electric Winder for Cutting Machines:
The STX-2500 series 600/1203 electric winder for cutting machines is suitable for STX-604, 605A/B, and STX-1203A/B series diamond wire cutting machines. This product uses a low-speed, high-torque motor to drive the wire winding drum. It can rotate clockwise/counterclockwise with adjustable speed. The electric magnetic powder damper controls rotational resistance through a constant pressure mode. When using the electric thread feeder for STX cutting machines, install the drive motor along with the mounting plate on the drive side of the wire winding drum handle (remove the original mounting plate). The magnetic powder damper is fixed to the side of the equipment. Install the spool, thread the wire, and the machine will automatically feed the wire. It boasts high feeding efficiency, uniform wiring, and good pre-tensioning.
